Monday, October 25th, 2010::Disclaimer! The photos in this post are purely inspirational and not from events that Wish Special Events has planned or coordinated. We can re-create what you see below for your event but these are not a part of our portfolio::
We’re in the last few days of October, and I still have tons of pink pictures left over. Today, let’s look at some flowers!

Whether they’re in a bouquet

In a centerpiece

In an altar arrangement

Or in a bridesmaids hair (Photo by The Wiebners)

flowers are EVERYWHERE at a wedding! A pink wedding makes it so easy to decorate with flowers, because there are so many beautiful blooms out there! Let’s start with the flowers that most people can’t do without, the bouquets.

All of these fluffy peonies! I can’t stand it! I love them SO much!!!

Of course, there are other ways to go “fluffy” with your bouquet, if peonies aren’t in season. Look at this gorgeous rose bouquet from Martha Stewart:

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure those are garden roses, yes? I love how fluffy they are. Ranunculus is a good “fluffy” option as well:

There are lots of gorgeous “non-fluffy” options too:

Zinnias are one of my favorite flowers, so I love this pink bouquet of zinnias from Martha Stewart:

Another Martha creation…

You Look Nice Today Photography:

HOW AMAZING is this bouquet?!? This one’s made from layering the petals from a ton of roses:

Moving on to the reception, let’s look at some pretty pink centerpieces!

I love just the touch of pink (and the pink frame!) in this cute centerpiece from Maddycakes Muse:

Although bouquets and centerpieces are the first places brides think of when they think flowers, there are a lot of other places they can be used! On the cake…

In the ceremony:

Pretty, right? I love how “pink flowers” can take on so many different meanings. Where else would you use flowers for your wedding?
