Lindsay & Sam

We first met Lindsay at a wedding we coordinated in 2005. She met her prince charming, moved to Phoenix, and hired us to help her plan a long-distance wedding in DC. She and Sam chose the River House at Queenstown Harbor on Maryland's eastern shore as the perfect venue for their wedding day. The River House isn't used for a lot of weddings but has a pristine view of the Chesapeake Bay and enough flat lawn space for a large number of guests. It was perfect for this couple...one view of the bay and they were in love. Capitol Catering did a phenomenal job with the food and service. John at Spot Floral Design set up an informal mandap to honor Sam's Indian heritage and created some stunning floral arrangements for the bouquets and table centerpieces. Reverend Amanda Tate performed an Indian/American hybrid wedding ceremony to appeal to both families. Mike at Blondell's Accents on Events hung all the beautiful lanterns and lit the tent so it glowed. David from MyDeejay.com kept guests on the dance floor and we wrapped up the festivities with a delicious cake from Kendall's Cakes. Special thanks to Greg Gibson for the gorgeous images you see above. This stunning event was coordinated by Laura
